We had three hungry teenaged girls with us too (Ree and two of her friends) so we decided to call it a day...
To me that was the best part of your post. Reagan has friends, and they are girls?!?!?! It obvious auntie Tommie is due for a visit.
Seriously though, how cool is it those girls allowed them to go with you guys. And whats even cooler, that they trusted you guys as a responsible couple. Despite the prop H8 issue, things are changing and the old guard is running scared.
Yep, Ree has a Very Bestest Friend now and several Also Very Good Friends. They bond over their shared love of anime and mochi and giggle and snort like any other set of tweens. It's done my soul a lot of good to watch Ree go back to blooming and growing after the year and a half of stunted painfulness that New Mexico inflicted on her. And the girls are awesome kids. You want progress? They both "adopted" Soren and I and for the duration of the protest, we had triplets and they had gay Dads. The funniest part was that we had one brunette, one blonde and one redhead - all obviously the same age - and you could all but -see- some people's brains exploding as they tried to work that out. Ree was just glowing with happiness to be marching with linked arms with friends who were willing to give up their sleep-in Saturday to help say that her family is as good as anyone's. That's the future of this country, whether the homophobes like it or not!
Well duh, obviously you adopted a couple of extras. Just like the Jolie-Pitt family, don't these people watch E! television or at very least the "The Soup"?
