ok its 1:00 AM Sunday morning. and guess who is having another party? I went up there and offered to turn it down with my big ass hammer and now its quiet, but I am wound up and can't sleep. I may just need to move out. cause I am going to get arrested if I have to keep going upstairs to turn down his stereo.

Well, when you've had enough and move out, yes we have a trailer and we will help you, and look a little farther over to this side of town why don't you?

Have you reported all of this to your landlord?
Have you called the police? They will and should
follow up with your landlord on noise reports and such.
After too many bad reports on a tenant,
and if the landlord has warned them,
and the tenant still doesn't abide...
then the landlord can evict the offender.

Period.

reported, called police, apartments have 3 tenants threatening to move out, me included. the office says they are taking action. don't know what that means. I am going to lock out his main breaker if its happens again. (turn off his power and paddle lock the cover) I figure it will take at least until the next day to figure that one out. I am feeling very juvenile about it all.

Glad to know that you aren't the only one with complaints about that neighbor. If the office says they are taking action, it would be in everyones best interest to at least tell you all so that you don't just up and move. Hope tonight goes better for you. If worst comes to worst,we've got a sofa bed you can sleep on.

last night was fine, I have a few days before he dose it again. usually two night on and then a few night off. I haven't heard a peep since I told him to turn it off last time and the hammer may have been too much but if it works I can deal with the karma.
