I am so sick of my upstairs neighbor. again 12:30 to 2:00 with the stereo, I called the police and at 2:00 the stereo goes off. then at 2:30 I finally start to doze of and the police are knocking on my door. something is going to change. I am going to the office and telling them I am looking for and apartment and moving out this if final, no more.
