I am really feeling let down, its all over, the feast, war practice, the chairs (mostly) I can't believe how much fun this weekend was. work with the right people is lots of fun. and waking up at a fighter practice when you didn't plan on sleeping is very disorienting. chuys was nice but better was sitting on the floor at Mel and Jen's with nice ( Read more... )

yeah...its not really let down...its "what do I do next" on your project list...I think you were gonna learn to sew? Cause you, me and Ivan both need more stuff.

Yes, good, quiet conversation and book geeking are nice...really nice.

that may be sort of the thing. sew, sew. sew! I saw them looking at your coat, Mingo had it. we weren't sure, we nailed the trim its gotta be Ivan trim, but not so sure about the coat. we all agreed the sheep skins were yours. I need to get one or more at Ikea before Estrella.
it was the book thing for me. I totally freaked out about the book I have been trying to find, the one by Jean Cook, I didn't know if it made it to print yet. the woman studied buckets (anglo-Saxon Buckets) for 30 years and died before she could publish. that was cool that they did publish her stuff after all. I got so excited it was like "I didn't leave him cookies-- I left him cheese"

Was great hanging out in the kitchen and at the park... oh was I tired by Sunday night... was in bed Sunday & Monday by 9!

didn't take much to coax me into a impromptu nap just sat down and all the sudden someone was leaning over me and I got a shock. "where, WTF."

Kinda like the zoning out you did at one point in the kitchen... that was pretty funny to watch your eyes glaze over.
