YoLU - Saying ‘I am sorry’ is very uncomfortable

Saying ‘I am sorry’ and meaning it is not easy for me. Saying ‘I am sorry’ and not trying to brush off the reasons or blame others is even harder. Saying 'I was wrong' is just as hard. But it is something I want, need and have to do. For me.

Yes, I have taken on a few things for positive growth in this my Year Of Living Uncomfortably (YoLU)

Beautiful apology. I have an idea of that spiral. You see yourself doing and sayin awful things and know you shouldn't, but it happens anyway...so on and so forth. It's hard to recognize at the time.
