A Rain-biased fan account of the Rain (feat. U-Kiss) concert

I think I'm no longer on hiatus. I mean, sure the workload is still heavy, but it's something I can manage, through the art of procrastination. :)

I've missed the fandom so much, because I have next to no one to flail with in real life. Since Kpop fans are usually knowledgeable about Jpop, or so I thought, I would ask them if they listened to Jpop ( Read more... )

Girl~ You've been missed! I've been wondering where you were! Guess I didn't get the memo that you were on a hiatus.

Well, hopefully you took care of what you needed to, and are already going down a path you're more confident about. :)

Where were you planning on going abroad to? Sounds exciting. :D

And it's super cool that you got to see Rain! I'm not really a kpop fan, though I know some of their names (in my family, I'm the Japanese-lover, and my parents are the Korean-lovers :P), but that's definitely cool.

Hope you're doing fine!

Aww, that's good to kow. :"> I guess you could say that I'm already on a semi-hiatus. :P

Unfortunately, I think those plans have to be delayed until next year. D:

I'm actually planning to go to Japan and study International Affairs at Temple University (since it's the only American university, and I'm not too confident on my Japanese just yet XD). I already even got a letter from the school and everything. :( But I was given one year to decide whether I really wanted to study abroad. :/

WOW, I think it's cool that your parents are Korean-lovers! XD

I am, I think. I hope you're doing fine as well. :)

Well however long you need to come back, we'll be here! :D

Aww, that's a shame. But yeah, hope you can figure out what you want to do! College can be so difficult to deal with! From choosing a major, to paying tuition, to buying damn books! SO TEDIOUS! If you do choose Japan in the end, going abroad while learning International Affairs will really help you out and make your record look really good! If you're not well traveled, that field would be kind of useless, ne?

I suppose it's okay...but when you're a Japanese-lover and you hear Korean practically every night as they watch dramas...it can get kind of irritating. :/ (And it's extremely unfair because I don't have even ONE Japanese channel on my TV, while they have theirs. *pout*)

Yeah, I'm pretty okay. College is keeping my busy and yet I'm somehow finding time to write in between all of my work. And money's real tight so I'm as poor as college students come. :P

That's very sweet of you! ♥

I know! I think it's because college sort of determines a huge chunk of our future. D: YES, I agree with what you said. Plus I heard TUJ has a pretty good program for that course.

Oh, dear. :)) Well, most Korean stars are trying to make it big in Japan anyway so expect a clash of the fandoms, I guess! :D (Wait, you don't have NHK? D:)

Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate right now. Good luck! :) And don't push yourself too hard! :D
