did you go to the dentist? cause i think the reason is that we have a void in the healthcare system. but yea, it hurts. try asking for spinal anesthesia before they drill your teeth.. it might increase your bill but if it gets you into the dentist, then that could be americas next step to inducing health concern. maybe this needs more research.
