I'm confused about why you are so concerned with your intestines and yet! still smoking. Plus, as a fellow lactose intolerant and irritable belly type, never take anything that your natriopath hasn't given you a nod towards! Yikes! Could have been milk solids in there! Or! Soybean oil!

I have never even heard of a natriopath. It sounds like something cryptozoological.

The smoking continues for the well being of all concerned. Me, so it doesn't turn me into a raging asshole, and those around for not having to deal with said asshole.

I need to quit sometime in the not too distant future. Those fire safe cigarettes have carpet glue in them.
