doing a painting of antelope people with a door that's really a monster, and trying to get the anatomy on the chest of a FG antelope while simultaneously justifying the contrast with the other antelope's finger, decided maybe antelope people have more hair on their chest; thought about the growth pattern in relation to the human-style pectorals ( Read more... ) -

my show is up at SJSU from tomorrow until thursday. i had fun putting it up. on Tuesday from 6pm i'm going to go stand in front of it with snacks and talk to people who show up to talk to me. that means i can't go to $2 Tuesday at Kaleid! lame. but still cool, 'cause i got to put a show up.
i'll post pictures if i remember.

we're playing at an art opening this Friday, and the acappella album is done.
and Avery's girl Rachel died in a car accident, and there's an immortal jellyfish. there's a funeral for Rachel on Saturday. if you haven't heard and would like to attend, talk to Avery. -

i'm having a really nice day. we had food at a fun cuban restaurant with great music and then we went ice skating. zoom! the ice rink was a parking lot covered with layers of frozen water. MN makes rinks in many places throughout the twin cities, and sets up portable rooms with heating an heaps of skates you can borrow. MN is great in many ( Read more... )
