If I had cash to spare, and if I lived in Michigan instead of Texas, I'd probably go shopping in your stuff for anything I could resell as a con vendor.
That said... World Steam Expo is coming up at the end of the month. Doubtless their dealer's room is full, but is there any way to get you a table somewhere to unload some of the stuff? Any arms twistable?
I wish I could help with the eBay/Amazon/Craiglist, and will certainly be checking out listings if/when they appear, but I'm nowhere in your vicinity to pick up stuff. :(
However, I did want to say that if you find someone interested in organizing the field filk, I would gladly financially support that, especially if part of the proceeds went back to you/the artists. I'm not positive on the legalities, but it seems like it might be possible have a kickstarter project to fund the effort of organizing the filk, cleaning it up, tracking down copyright holders, and eventually publishing the viable/permitted parts of it. Maybe Tom Smith or the people behind the FUMP might have an idea of how to go about doing it, or know who might be interested? Or, there was a man I talked with a few years back who collected filk tapes in order to digitize and preserve them -- if you want I can look up his email address.
Would that man be hms42? If so, he's already on the job.
There's been an ongoing effort on this end to try to preserve a lot of older filk archives. If you'd like to get involved, please send a message to me, or to hms42.
As a suggestion from someone who once lost their address months before they got another, a post office box is a good thing to have (although they're not as cheap as they used to be).
I can never remember how to do the tag, but "lemmozine", on Live Journal, also known as "Blind Lemming Chiffon" has been supplementing his retirement by selling stuff on e-bay. I believe he mentioned the possibility of doing it for other people for a commission. His location is Denver, CO, but for all I know this may be workable electronically.
For future reference, it's < lj user = "username" >, without all those extraneous spaces (except the nonextraneous space between "lj" and "user"): lemmozine.
Gad. This hits very close to home for me, as I've been in a similar situation with my condo, as my employment has been sporatic the past few years. I have more than enough stuff of my own, so I won't be able to help you in that way. But I would imagine that you would like someone to talk to, someone who's been there and can listen in a non-judgemental manner. I'll email you my contact info.

Sorry I can't suggest anything more helpful.
