I don't think she can trace anything. She'll know it's there (and she doesn't even have to read the network for that, it's magic!), but unless it says who wrote it, she won't know.

As for Youko. The Archive can know what happened in her life up the moment she accepted Keiki's oath, because she stopped being human from then on. Not that she has any idea wtf is happning anyway.
