The new manager (Jay) is working out well. He's making changes where they need to be made, he's got a great attitude, and i think he's going to be a great asset to the place and the company. i dont think he gets it at all. Bleah.
BUT... the longer you stay the better it looks on your resume. If you can stick it out for 6 months, that will be enough to start looking elsewhere. If you can stick it out for a year, you can probably even get a much better job elsewhere.
