The new manager (Jay) is working out well. He's making changes where they need to be made, he's got a great attitude, and i think he's going to be a great asset to the place and the company. I like him, and we get along well. He's also a great salesman, which is nice for the shop, and is doubly nice as he handles sales and I don't have to, ( Read more... )

I am *very* good at sales. I hate hate hate hate doing them. So yeah, number are as good as I feel like making them be. :|

i dont think he gets it at all. Bleah.

BUT... the longer you stay the better it looks on your resume. If you can stick it out for 6 months, that will be enough to start looking elsewhere. If you can stick it out for a year, you can probably even get a much better job elsewhere.
