If your religion is more important than doing your job, you need a new job. You have every right to your opinions and beliefs, and no right to your job. Most states are At Will anyway. If she isn't doing the job, she doesn't get to keep it. End of story.

Don't get me wrong, I'm over at FB, too, and not posting here like I want to. Seems like no one is here hardly, and if I wanna keep up with people, I gotta be there, but I dislike it for way too many reasons. LJ will always be my preferred format, and I'm really trying to be here more.
