My favorite was the first part, oddly enough. ♥

...and then you pull that mood whiplash in the end. OW ENGLAND. You should have said yes, you git.

Ah, thank you. I'm quite relieved that people are enjoying this, especially as my sense of humor can be somewhat...wanting, at times.

The whiplash wasn't intended to be there, but as I wrote it seemed to me that Arthur being Arthur, he wouldn't say 'yes' very easily. One thing led to another and we have angst in a crackfic. Oh England.

(And aside from the space scene, the imperiled directors of BNSC comprised the most vivid storyboard in my head. ^^ )

This will be continued, of course. ^^ Within the next few days. I'm happy that you enjoy both style and premise, although the BNSC, those bloody gits, are coming up with so many news these days that it's hard to knock the plot in shape sometimes! Them and NASA. Gits both.

...is it wrong of me that I like when England hurts America's feelings/shoots down his ideas in a blazing hellfire of scathing ridicule?

Because I do. Very much. XD I can't wait for the next chapter!

YAY SPACE. :D :D I love the interaction between America and England and it's very IC that England doesn't say yes right away. Oh, America, always looking for the next (final) frontier! LOL
On to the next chapter!

Re final frontier : I am debating a semi-sequel in which he does just that. But right now the research required appears to be staggering, and my professor would kill me if I spend more workdays furtively writing 10K stories. XD
