I was wondering about my praying mantis not eating any crickets, but I guess that was a sign of what was to come.

Last night, Forest the Praying Mantis passed away. She grew to a bit more than 2", and made 5 ootheca, so I guess she had a pretty full life. What a mantis -- it's sad she had to go. =(

Awww...that's really sad. :( Looks like our mandids this year didn't live long at all. I'm sorry to hear about Forest. :(
