So, today, Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama on NBC's Meet The Press. Now, the fact of the matter is that 16 days before the election, Obama is looking more and more likely to win - and so, another high-profile political figure endorsing Obama at this point isn't really that noteworthy, in my opinion. Dude, I can't even begin to say how much I agree with this. I've been thinking the same thing but had no idea how to phrase it. That "real America" and "real Virginia" stuff definitely rubbed me the wrong way, especially the implication that only the people whose values are aligned with McCain/Palin are "real" Americans ( ... )

A-freakin'-men. I am sad I cannot vote because I am not an American citizen. But I could, I'd vote for Obama.

Here on my side of the world, McCain/Palin are considered big, fat jokes. And not funny ones either. I couldn't believe Palin said what she did about 'real Americans' either. That was just low and awful.

And seriously, they think Obama will be a 'terrible' president because he's intellectual and charismatic? Seriously?! *headdesk*
