Being that I often go to Panera's (though I'd only heard of it as the St. Louis Bread Company before one was built here) I find it funny to go to one in St. Louis and see everything but the actual wording on the packages is different.

Maybe they felt that people would assume everything at the restaurant *comes* from St. Louis, and the California and Washington and Florida (etc) people would worry that the food couldn't possibly be fresh. All in their subconscious, I mean.
