I'm not in the mood for elaborate conversations.

What crawled up your ass and died?

Isn't it your job to give out details?

It's called "dealing with a fuckload of troubles."

Not to civilians, no.

Aahh Sir we haven't formally met yet, but I happen to be a Officer in the ROT branch, Ah-- the child who was missing. Consider them found.

Officer Vargret, I apologize for bothering you when you're so very busy. However, "Joker" is one of my patients, and I strongly desire to get him back on his medications as soon as possible. I was informed that I would need your permission in order to speak with and treat him.

Figured you'd be bringing that up soon.

There's some basic paperwork, you'll have to wait a few days for that to clear, then I'll have my men escort the both of you back to the Asylum, and I'll have a rotating guard keep watch around the place just to make sure he doesn't get out again. Any problems?

Ah... as the reconstruction on the hospital has only just begun today, and won't be completed for at least another two weeks, yes.

Of course, with the tremendous amount of work the police department has been doing lately, it's entirely understandable that you aren't up to date on something like that.

I would be quite willing to meet with him either in his holding cell, or preferably, in the emergency psychiatric ward at Asclepius Hospital, if you are willing to have him held there. It's not as secure, I'm sure, as where you have him currently, but it would make treatment much easier, and I am concerned about the possible influence he might have on the other criminals if he were to remain where he is.

I'd prefer that he stay in the cell, but given that I really don't want any extra trouble in the prison -- the hospital it is. I'll have a few extra men stay on guard around the ward.
