Wow! Just wow! I love how you portrayed the characters - Jensen and Cougar's internal thoughts were so fitting! And I loved how Cougar's affection and sense of protection came though.

"His injured hand was still in Cougar’s, pressed close and safe to his chest, and Jensen would swear that he could feel Cougar’s heart beating strongly beneath." LOVE!

Also...

Thank you. This makes me happy! vampyreranger helped a lot. In my mind Cougar is just naturally affectionate and protective and perhaps a little territorial. XD

I'm glad you liked it. This encourages me to try and write more.

Well, Dear John is supposed to be all romantic and stuff (I think? Maybe.) but all the stuff with his dad just made be bawl my eyes out. It was pretty embarrassing. My mom was all, "Oh my god, you do have a heart!" Still not sure how I feel about that comment...

But anyways, your story was awesome and made me all happy. :D
