Matt and I are going to Disneyland from Sat-Tues. We are staying at the Disney Land Hotel (which I have never done). Having an awesome boyfriend and having tons of free time definitely has its perks. How did I get to be so lucky?

I am not sure when i am going back to Bakersfield. Sarah, my new friend, is having three separate couch surfers over her place tonight, so she is having a dinner party. So i had my oral exam interview for SLO county. I found out that they currently only have two positions open for a child welfare social worker. I did my best to impress the interviewers with my knowledge, and they seemed impressed, but since there are only two spots currently open its difficult to know if I did as well or better than the next ( Read more... )

Im off to Yosemite for the weekend! I have been itching to go for ages, and figure its either now or never. I was able to convince my friend Jen to come with me. We are couchsurfing in Yosemite Village, and will have a studio apartment to ourselves (our host is living elsewhere during the summer season).
