Advent Day 16 (We missed a few)

I have beena bit dilatory in my advent observance. But here is today's recipe. It's sort of an amalgamation of a bunch of recipes, but I'd say it's about how I make peach pie. I don't like cooked peaches as much as I like fresh peaches (I get this from my dad) so I never bake my peach pies. Instead I make a glaze and pour it all in a pre-baked
