My apologies for not calling you back. I have no real excuse but being a neglectful jerk. I'll get in touch with you shortly. As for the friending thing, I haven't updated my LJ friends in ages so that's far from personal. I keep track of people's lj's through google reader, which I do have you on, so I guess it was never apparent you weren't friended.

'Tis all right. I assumed that you were busy, but I thought I'd poke you again anyway. I'm also rather busy.

"Google Reader"? Quo est? I didn't know you could view LiveJournal through anything besides the site itself.

google reader (reader.google.com) is just another feed reader. If you have a google account, you can go to the reader site and add almost any blog you follow, including LJ blogs. I put all of the EC gang on there years ago and all of my space geek blogs are on there as well. I only go back to lj.com to post these days.
