I had never seen anything like this Christmas everyone had been speaking about. I regret not taking more of a role in the festivities. This whole place seemed to have lifted spirits when Christmas Day arrived? I think I read about it briefly in the library along with New Years ( Read more... )

I really like Christmas! People gave me lotsa stuff, and a funny-looking person thing gave me a dolly that looks like Mommy~

I found lots of presents at my door as well. I was wondering if you'd like to share some with me? I don't think I can eat all of these by myself.

U-Um... Usually we go to the shrine, to pray for the upcoming year... but there doesn't seem to be a shrine nearby...

What do you normally do at the shrine during the new years? Is it as festive as Christmas? Or is it something completely different?

It's... it's different. Although, there's a lot of good food, and... parties... We visit the shrine on New Year's for our first shrine visit of the new year. To celebrate... new 'firsts'.
