It's time I wrote a rosebud. Fortunately scribesdshas put up new ones  and I've chosen one.
Tell me what you think.

*grins* Love the end, when Angel is all growly and protective. Yum!

There, she would make like a damsel, and take out the thing that would attack her. - Heh! Gotta love Buffy. :D

And we all know how much Buffy doesn't consider herself a damsel in distress. *g*

Glad you liked.

Thank you

Excellent drabble. I love the build-up to the end with Buffy being fully aware of her stalker and then putting on the damsel act to lure it out.

And protective Angel, always a pleasure to see that side of him.

Buffy makes out she is easy prey. And why not? She has that Petite, blonde thing going on. :) A good disguise for a slayer.

Thank you for your thoughts.

Ah,what an adorable Rosebud, Ares.

Wonderful B/A rendition of an old favorite!

Somehow I knew Angel would show up at the end, even though Buffy had the situation well under control. :)

Thanks, I'm glad you picked that up. I had Buffy as Little Red Riding Hood carrying a basket of goodies to her grandma's house in the woods. Only it wasn't the Big Bad Wolf that was the threat to her.

Well now... Wasn't Angel so wrong when he told Buffy that 'this isn't some fairy tale'?

:~))))

Lovely little rosebud, my dear. I thoroughly enjoyed that.

I just noticed something that needed fixing. It must be your presence, my dear. :)

I wanted this to be the Buffy version of the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood.

There's the little girl, with her basket, walking through the shadows, and even a wood, in the end. And because it is Buffy, who never does ordinary, the Big Bad Wolf is her boyfriend, not the fiend who is after her. :)

I really enjoyed writing this. Sometimes, prompts just ring a bell.

Thank you for your thoughts.

Glad you liked.

*hugs*
