I'm presently partway through Chapter Four. Here are my thoughts on 3 and 4 thus far

Multiclassing is actually accomplished through feats now. There's a limited variety of class features that are made available through these.

I can see them scaling back to weapon sizes after a couple years of book, even if they just mention it in a alternate rules compendium like Unearthed Arcana. Once they end up with a massive list of races and weapons, I can see the approved lists becoming large and unwieldy.

I do like the new class system a lot though.
