Thanks for reminding me to go and boil some potatoes. (I had planned on a bbqed beef roast stuffed with a spinach pesto, but the rest of the family put the kibosh on that.)

Yes, much is forgiven if you have a beer while barbecuing. ;o)

Eating outside on the 4th made sense in the days before a/c. Not so much now.
