I went shopping at the Galleria yesterday, with my roommate. We had fun. I never knew I could be in a mall for over 3 hours straight. I bought my dad an Alabama fold up camping chair. I am planning to cook either Saturday or Sunday, everyone needs to let me know what's best. I am making crab dip and stuffed fish with shrimp stuffing. I am still trying to decide on dessert. If everyone can pitch in with the money that would be great. I would only need $2 or $3 per person.

If everyone likes seafood, then I have some great recipes I want to try out. I will do all the cooking, if everyone will help pay. If this sounds like a good idea, let me know. Last Friday was my birthday and it was a great one. Eric took me on a real date. First, he brought me presents, a beautiful Fossil watch and the Friends DVD(the first and last episodes). Today has been a great day so far. I got up, watched Beverly Hills 90210, which I am slowly getting addicted to, got a shower, and went shopping. I went to Old Navy, where I finally used my gift card and some birthday money. I bought a really great outfit that is nothing like any other clothes I owned before today. I know turning 22 and graduating college will not be that bad. However, it is a tad scary knowing that I will be moving far from Alabama when I graduate (more details on that as soon as I know them).
