I finally accomplished something that's been on my mind and stomach. I threw up. I was think about my exes while in the shower, and nausea finally won. However, when I was done... there was a little blood in my vomit... what exactly does blood in my puke mean?

Either you heaved so hard you popped a blood vessel in your throat/esophagus area. Which in that case it isn't really anything to worry about. The same thing can happen when you cough really hard.

However, if it continues happening, I would go see a doctor. Also if it more than just 'a little bit'.

If I cry too much I either throw up or my stomach is so upset I can't eat.
The result? I've lost 15 pounds and the lack of insulation is going to make me freeze to death.
