Balancing the books

So I just did a survey on Duke Energy's website, and out of a $60 energy bill (of which I pay half), $29 of that is just spent on hot water.

I take two showers a week, as a way to conserve water and energy.  (Also, I'm a dirty hippie?)  I feel taking more than that is unnecessary, and I try to only take what I need.  So, I pay roughly $15 a month ( Read more... )

I take at least twelve per day. One every two hours is the only way I can feel like a new man. Fresh. Exhilarated. In control. Showers!

No, it's not. :( I need to go back to my old ways. I used to just take a few showers a week also. But when I started working I got into the habit of one in the morning because it helps wake me up and get me loose for the day. Most selfish reason ever!
