Hiking Trip!
Soo...I haven't posted here in...um, yeah, it's been years. Now that school has finished kicking my ass (almost graduated!), I have decided to start really enjoying myself.
As some of you may know, I am a biochemistry major at an engineering school, aiming to get into medical school for Fall 2012. Anywho, long story short I ended up having to take a one-hour lab course this summer for medical school requirements when I could have graduated this spring. Cie la vie. As a result I have a fantastic amount of free time that I haven't had in quite a few years. In the past week, I have hung out with both of my brothers from another mother (both of whom I haven't seen in about two years), got a surprise chance to hang with my lovely sister Duckie, went hiking (more below), and did some volunteer gardening at my favorite cemetery Oakland.
Now about the hiking trip. I love hiking and spelunking though I don't exactly get many opportunities to do either. This trip was with my best friend Twee and our pseudo-brother JT to Raven Cliff Falls.
There were many cascades and waterfalls along the hiking path, but we had to stop by most just to play/stare at the water. It was so clear and pretty.
