For those that may not have heard the news, my beautiful Intended Alannah got her first teaching job!  She will teach English and Religion at a Catholic high school in Grande Prairie.  I can't even express how proud of her I am; she is one of those people for whom teaching is a vocation, a calling.  It warms me to my soul to see her starting off

Long-distance is tough, but it can be done. S. and I spent three of our five courting years living in separate cities, and I'm pretty sure our marriage has turned out all right.

I do, it was possible to win one of these at the Serenity screening. I am planning on acquiring one at my earliest convenience. Glee!
