So, I finally got with the owner of my gym, and he is going to start training me tomorrow. So far, I have to stop eating everything I like apparently. My eating habits are REALLY bad. To prep for snowboarding its all LEGS, your best budy will be a stair machine,altertating between toe steps and full steps. You've got enough time to pump your legs up, the more you do, the less pain you're going to be in. Otherwise you can expect your second day on the slopes to be a washout because you're legs wont even be able to move.

I agree with Circe... plus, like I said... I have a trainer kicking my ass and setting up my workouts for me. I'm ready for the pain
