I can do something with the old message we used to have. But we shouldn't forget how important it is for people being greeted to have someone to talk to.

I've been provided a copy of the old one, which I had intended to work with. I agree that the social component is important, but that has not seemed to be lacking in my observations. The briefing packet is intended as a supplemental item, not as a replacement for human interaction.

Good. If you need any help with it, just ask around I don't think you'll find a shortage of help. Yes, but some will forget that human interaction is important and might need reminded of that when you present your work.
