I suppose saying "you have my vote" really doesn't carry any weight from someone not even in your kingdom, much less barony. Best of luck with the polling and the upcoming years with my beloved Windmaster's!

i don't know that i have a lot of wisdom to add about the future of windmasters and how to achieve our goals, but i do want to say i think the two of you have done a really great job thus far and i'm very glad (for me) that you're willing to remain on another year - and i hope that for you that the good balances out the sacrifices you make.

I purposely did not send you my comments on "how we can make the Barony a better place" e-mail before Pennsic because I am nothing if not open and public about my thoughts on that topic and I thought you would want feedback from new sources. BUT if you would like some specific suggestions now that you are officially committing to another year, let me know and I would be happy to share. (It's mostly about building fellowship and creating opportunities to share ideas, skills and talents with a dash of inclusiveness)
