(If you cared, you'd read this post, because I unlocked it for you.) I forgive, but I'll never forget.
Sometimes, I feel like life and time are rushing by so fast they come to a standstill. I get stuck in a rut that gets so hard to break out of. It's so easy to lie back and let life pass you by.
Lectures start Monday and, as expected, I'm not looking forward to them. No one I know is in my class, unless you count for a very awkward-relationship junior - it's not remotely amusing. I'm really hoping I can break out of this nasty mindset before lessons start proper; I can't afford to waste another year.
On the friendship front, I think I'm going to give up on certain people as of now. I'm tired of continuously pandering after people like some needy fool; I don't need friends like that. I don't need someone who never has the time nor space in their lives for me. Maybe now I'm not good enough for the Honour Roll Student and Class Representative, I don't know and I don't particularly care. What's most irksome, though, is the fact that you were the one who sought reassurance that this friendship wouldn't fade.
Now I know who not to trust. Promises are easy to make, and even easier to break.

Recently I've been hoping to get back into the writing groove, but it isn't easy when you've all but abandoned writing. Inspiration doesn't flow, emotions don't speak, and stories don't write.
Have resolved to wean myself off dramas, no mean feat when I've finished about ten of them this year already. And we're only into the second month of 2010. Will read more instead (I still haven't finished Anna Karenina :|).
As of this year, my, uh, accomplishments:
Dramas:
Liar Game
Liar Game II
Ohitorisama
Seigi no Mikata
Himitsu no Hanazono
My Boss My Hero
Jyoou no Kyoushitsu
Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge
Nobuta wo Produce
Bloody Monday II
Ryusei no Kizuna
Books:
Grotesque - Natsuo Kirino
Real World - Natsuo Kirino
A Free Life - Ha Jin
Empress Orchid - Anchee Min
Metamorphosis - Franz Kafka
Troy: Lord of the Silver Bow - David Gemmell
Troy: Fall of Kings - David Gemmell
Anna Karenina - Leo Tolstoy
One is clearly sadly lacking. (And why do I keep reading foreign books.)

In other news, I am still following Rafa's tennis tracks, though my interest does seem to have waned considerably. But always, always, Rafa > Roger. So there.
ETA: Omg it's been a flippin' year since I've updated my Shinkumi fic! D:
