Moors Festival

Life in the UK is pretty crap, and rationalised; to compensate we have quite alot of music festivals, which the counter-culture enjoy. a, One of my best friends had an ongoing contest with her roommate... when they'd call each other they yell pi into the phone synchronized as long as they could get out. the first one who could hear the other lost. Over three or so years, they eventually got good enough to sing about 40 places to each other. It was, however, really dorky, longwinded, and annoying after the forst dozen times hearing it ( ... )

Here I wasn't thinking about the physical dangers, I was thinking about the mental and lifestyle dangers, like becoming experientially dependent on the drug, or more dangerous, removing you from certain realities into other realities which are pretty much dead ends. i.e. the pill head trapped in a dancing whirling self-centred happiness that, over time, they don't realise they've become trapped in. Also of course you build up resistances etc...

He was not much like nick cave, who is very dramatic and *plays organ music to demonstrate* and such, whereas this guy was understated and delicate in that awesome way that's pretty unique to upper classish english men... he was alot like nick drake, as i say. who approached a genius!
