16 days without a cigarette. I almost caved this past Friday during a rather stressful day at the office but two of my old smoking buddies helped me hang in there. Also this weekend, I dreamt about smoking on two seperate nights. The more vivid of the two, which was Sunday night I think, ended with me being rather upset with myself for giving in
