That's right, I made it to Pittsburgh safe and sound. Mostly the trip was just a very long day (I didn't sleep a wink last night) but, there was one thing that amused me. The baggage crew from South West Airlines all wear these blue jumpers with big blocky letters on the back that say SWA. It almost looks like SWAT with just the 'T' faded off. : -)

Stories like that make me wish I flew more. In fact, I've only ever taken one trip that was on a plane. We flew to Texas one time before my mother decided she was afraid of flying.

Glad that you're home safe and sound. See you in a couple weeks!

I actually don't enjoy air travel any more. This is largely because of the new hassles instituted in the name of national security. But it is also because of a fear of flying. It is not a debilitating fear. I can fly without problems, but bumpy air does make me nervous ( ... )

(I love that strip by the way. Calvin and Hobbes is probably the best comic ever.
