I'm not sure if it hurts more than giving blood or not because I've never actually given blood, in it's entirety. And nah, it's not selfish either- the company that takes it uses it to make products, like anti-coagulants and other medications. Which is weird because it talks all about saving someone, and yes, donation helps- but not dirrectly. The donation is helping research and development. Either way, $45 for twice a week isn't bad if you aren't afraid of looking at a needle stuck in your arm for an hour.

Hey, selling your plasma helps people. I hear it helps people indirectly since they use it for research, but then I also hear that it directly helps them too. Hell, I don't care how it helps, but if you're helping people out, then that's awesome. And actually, I have an appointment tomorrow for a physical so I can start donating plasma too. :)

I thought I saw you recently at the Rec Center. I was in the hot tub and this fellow that looked like you was on a swim team of sorts. My guess is that that guy wasn't really you, because I smiled at him and he looked confused and upon closer inspection, he didn't quite look like you at all. Aside from brown hair and eyes and an intense facial expression that is.

But that wasn't me in the pool.

I need to get a bathing suit that is less tiny and Italian
and more- hey, come on in the pool, we won't run.

*P.S. plasma is awesome. I was just being silly. I'm somewhat of a regular now... or will be. Are you going to Biolife over by WCC? If you are... you can mention that I referred you and I'll get a bonus or something. (that would be tight...!)

Plasma IS awesome. I plan on being a regular. I am going to that very same Biolife, but some friends and I are doing it, so we all said we were referred to by each other. I wonder if I could say you referred me too..hm...I go in again Friday, we'll see then.
