I'm so glad to hear from you, although it sucks that it's all bad news.. This whole thing is ridiculous. They're just looking for someone to crucify for the underage drinking penalty to show that they mean business and they've decided you're it.

That they're having to build a case against you is reason enough that you shouldn't be on bail and they should just back. off. before you seriously lawyer up and take them down.

It's so disappointing to feel like the judicial system isn't behind you in any way. So far they haven't listened to a thing you've said, even though you had witnesses and facts and just... everything the DA lacked.

At this point I would just scream "OBJECTION". Augh.
