1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Spent a month homeless.
Actually followed a whole pattern for an amigurumi without deviating and making up my own bits...oh, wait, I changed the eyes...
Learned that it's easier not to argue with my family even though they make me indescribably angry.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
To be honest, I don't think I made any last year. If I did, I don't remember, so that probably means I didn't keep them. I made a few for this year, typical boring stuff. Maybe I should add "have a threesome," I know at least one person who would enjoy that. Actually, two people.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not really, although my 21 year old cousin had babby :3
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandmother, two weeks before her 93rd birthday.
5. What countries did you visit?
None, I guess. I mean, Canada, but I wasn't visiting, I was living there (here).
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
Mo' money, less problems.

Finally dealing with some lingering stuff from my childhood and coming out normal instead of fucked up. Ooh, and being able to tell other people how I feel.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Letting another year go by in which I never follow through on my many threats to punch my cats in the face. They completely deserve it.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I messed up my knee hiking and it's still a bit wobbly. But I did manage to avoid swine flu!

I don't know that I would ever celebrate anyone's behaviour. I mean, if you're acting decently then good, you should be, it's not really a cause for celebration.

21. On my birthday I went to the National Zoo in DC with a goon and had sushi, then a few days later I went out for sushi with my dad and his girlfriend and her kids, then a few days later he took me to drink at the Republican Club and my childhood Brownie leader bought me my first (legal) drink.

Less stress.
