The only problem with your costume idea is Hogwarts students are becoming a little cliche.

You could try for a gypsy - that's pretty easy and not very common.

Or, if you have a few Ace bandages, you could do the Invisible (Wo)Man.

Or you could be CHEER BEAR!!!

I've done gypsy so many times, it was my default costume for about three years between high school/college.

I actually did come as Cheer Bear to an OEGE mixer once! (Were you there? I seem to think it was while you were in England) I was pretty proud of that one.

I'm just wearing the costume to work at for a little bit at a party, so I'm not looking to be super awesome, and it had to be something from a movie (since I work with movies).
