Thank you! Yeah, it took me a while to sort out how I wanted to approach this, and I had my other sequel (the bookstore!AU food poisoning one) to work on too. I'm going to try and write both concurrently. Good thing they're each narrated by a different character, or I could get confused ;-)

For this 'verse, I'm thinking that Danny and Steve aren't totally out of the closet. Even though DADT has been repealed by this point, they both prefer to keep their relationship pretty private.
