I would loooooove to watch Kingdom, but I don't get Direct TV. Alas. Maybe eventually they will put it out on DVD. One can only hope.

I expect they will put Kingdom on DVD. Direct TV seems very proud of it, and has ordered another season already. (but I can send you a flash drive if you're interested--pm me).

And thanks! It was really fun, in a painful kind of way, and I was glad to feel more in control/less despairing in the last few miles, this year.

Congrats on the marathon! I'm glad you got some good time with Son #1.

I'm pretty happy with my Yuletide assignment; it's a re-post of a prompt I wanted, but lacked the juice, to write a treat for last year.

The wrasslin is keeping me pretty well supplied in "men all over each other", but Kingdom looks like it could be my kind of show; I'll have to see if I can find a way to watch.

Thank you! The half marathon was really fun, in a painful kind of way. And I was glad we got some good time together--13 yr old boy, it's always something of a crap shoot.

A Yuletide prompt where you already have an idea for a story sounds excellent!
