I think you've caught them really well, here.

This Ray Vecchio behaved, perhaps, as one might after studying the physical habits of the Vecchio clan and extrapolating.
And this was like a "Duh!" moment for me because, yes, Ray's behaviour could be read that way. Never occurred to me before. Great observation!
