Ahhhh, *contented sigh* - that was lovely. (But you really should have put a "tissues may be required" warning, though! *grin*).

And the idea of "Gabriel in particular looked like a bulldog chewing a wasp as he mumbled along." was most inspired!!

And yes, I'm certain that you wouldn't regret watching the show. A large number of Sherlock fans have migrated across, and the joy from this new fandom is palpable. It's like post-Season 1 Sherlock all over again, and I've literally been in tears of happiness going through my Tumblr dashboard. There's no in-fighting, no bickering; it's all just fun and delight and happiness, and the fic and the artwork and the cartoons and tiny ficlets are just marvellous.

I'm really hoping that once the show airs on the BBC (probably in December?) and a new new tranche of fandom arrives, that the joyfulness will continue.
