Lovely. *Heavenly sigh.*

Ever since encountering Good Omens, I’ve believed strongly that they do indeed belong together romantically as in OTL. Of course, other’s opinions may differ, but having watched the series (now numerous times) I cannot see any other interpretation of the screenplay. The word choice, Aziraphale’s gentleman’s club, the reference to moving too fast, the structure of the entire series as a romcom, the interviews w the writer and actors - the intent is clear (certainly to me) - it goes beyond “close best friends” & supernatural entities into what humans call ones other half. (Also, seriously, the two of them are flirting thruout the entire Srs - I feel like this is being debated mostly bc ppl dislike having the structure of the book altered in any fashion & thus ppl are not willing to embrace the couple AS a couple for forms sake. IMPO. )

I loved the way you used Memories to string everything together, bc it does indeed give the entire piece a haunting resonance. 😳🥰😇

Pam!!! How lovely to see you again!

Oh yes, I'm always a shipper at heart, and these two ineffable idiots are totally and
adorably shippable. And just like in the Sherlock days, it's totally up to individuals to decide whether they want to ship them or not. What I love about the Good Omens fandom is that everyone is so wonderfully tolerant of each others' preferences and there's none of the unpleasantness that plagued the later days of the Sherlock fandom.

It's such a joy being in the good Good Omens fandom and always a thrill when I get inspiration for a fic. Strangely, while I was happy with this one I didn't think it was one of my better ones, but the response on AO3 has been amazing and I've had more kudos than for anything else I've written for Good Omens.

Great to hear from you again. Thank you for your comment.
