Holy @#$%. Do you realize that this -- a brief discussion of a three-part model of recovery in which a person can only pursue change in the third and most advanced stage -- is what naamahdarling is taking to the woodshed over allegedly not allowing that sometimes people can't pursue change?
(Would it have killed folks to actually link so one doesn't have to recourse to archaeology on the thread? Retracing my steps, I still come up with the same result, because the "older" button on boggle's tumblr craps out before getting to the post you linked to. The only thing on recovery that predates the thing to which boggle in responding in namaahdarling's post that is available by stepwise back-tracing is the post I linked to.)
