To Whom it May Concern

Dear random Hebrew Childrens CD Singer Person,

If you want your album to be taken seriously, it'd help if you could actually speak Hebrew. Seriously.

Very glad that we found your CD at the library...

Was this "it was all in English" or "it was the worst American Hebrew accent ever."?

It was "she couldn't pronounce the letter chet's sound."

Oooh oooh we can lend you another one! (Though the songs are more "English with Hebrew sprinkled in" so it's not QUITE as grating.)

We have a kids' CD (it's actually a lot of fun -- http://www.rickrecht.com/music/ the album Look at Me!) which sings about "hageshem: the rain!" and in the middle of the song they sing "hagefen: the rain!"

Even my kids noticed this! I can't imagine it was an accident since it's done a few times in a row, but...huh?!
