1 why couldnt any other persident have fixed the leevies? they're 100 years old so 10 years ago they could have used fixing too--
2 the whole area was poverty stricken--that why it's all you see on tv
3 if communist help us they are going to want help with somthing later on and that means that they either have a reason to get us involved in somthing bad or that they have a reason to get REALLY MAD AT US!
